Hi! I'm Lauren and I have been working in the mental health field as a psychiatric nurse practitioner since 2016. I have experience in both the residential and outpatient settings as well as integrative and functional medicine training.

Over the last few years, it became apparent how effective coaching techniques are throughout mental health treatment. After working exclusively with a few patients on their biggest pain points, on a regular basis, for a specified amount of time- it became clear their outcomes were better, achieved more rapidly and maintained for longer periods of time. 

My patients who did not want to, or could not, engage at this level tended to need more visits throughout the year, had more chronic medical conditions, and had a harder time maintaining positive changes.

I want to work with busy women who are HIGHLY motivated & ready to improve their overall mental health AND wellness.
