Hi! I'm Lauren.

I'm passionate about helping people heal—mind and body. With over 12 years of experience in nursing and psychiatric care, I created this program because I’ve seen how hard it is to quit smoking without support. I specialize in ADHD and mental health care, and I’ve trained countless providers to expand access to quality mental health services in our communities.

This program combines everything I know—from clinical strategies to subconscious healing—to help you quit in a way that actually lasts. Whether it’s your first time quitting or your tenth, I’ll walk with you through the process.

  • Behavioral replacement strategies that actually work
  • CBT-based techniques to calm the brain
  • How to "urge surf" through cravings
