$200 for initial evaluation then $150 per session

We accept most Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, UHC, UMR & Medicare plans. Plans may vary per provider.  

We do not accept any Medicaid, UHC Medicare or dual Medicare/Medicaid plans.

We do not accept Medicare for counseling services.
