Hi! I'm Lauren.

I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider, Hypno-Breathwork Facilitator, and the founder of Premier Mental Health & Wellness.

I have been increasing access to mental health care in our East Texas community since February 2020. Over the years we have been able to expand our services and now have 3 locations- Gun Barrel City and Canton, TX and Colorado Springs, CO.
