No, our services require an intake or scheduled consultation where we discuss what brought you to our office and what you’re looking for. Our intake process involves a few questionnaires and forms that we send over email.

From there, we meet with you and further discuss your condition and medical history. After that, we can build a personalized treatment plan that comprehensively addresses your mental health and wellness.

Although your treatment requires scheduling, you may receive and fill out your intake forms on a walk-in basis.

That depends on the services you want. We offer outpatient counseling to individuals as young as 8. Patients need to be at least 12 years old to receive substance use counseling, telehealth counseling, medication management, psychiatric services, hypno-breathwork, on-site diagnostic labs, and pharmacogenetic testing.

For Spravato treatment, wellness injections, and weight loss support, you must be at least 18 years or older to schedule an appointment. Our hormone replacement therapy services also require you to be 18, but we only offer this treatment to women.
