Hi, I’m Casey (she/her), a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor at Premier Mental Health and Wellness. I’ve been working in the mental health field since 2004 and earned my Master’s in Counseling and Development from Texas Woman’s University in 2008. Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of settings, including jails, schools, hospitals, clinics, and addiction treatment centers.
I have experience supporting adolescents (13+), adults (18+), families, LGBTQ+ individuals, and caretakers. My clinical background includes working with a wide range of psychiatric conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, pervasive illness, and schizophrenia spectrum disorders.
I am sex-positive, kink-allied, and committed to providing a safe, judgment-free space where clients from all faiths and walks of life are welcome. I’m trained in CBT, REBT, CPT, and LEAP, and I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to support healing and growth. My counseling style focuses on the connection between mind, body, and spirit, and I strive to help each client live their best life.
